Since our founding in 1975, JST Architects (J. Stuart Todd, Inc.) has been dedicated to providing specialized design services for the death care industry. Our team of architects and interior design professionals brings extensive expertise and a compassionate approach to every project.
Our principals are highly experienced registered architects, holding licenses in over forty states. They are active members of the American Institute of Architects, Texas Society of Architects, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and the Catholic Cemetery Conference.

Bob Killingsworth
Robert “Bob” Killingsworth began his architectural career at Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a special emphasis in Design & Urban Planning. He joined J. Stuart Todd, Inc. in 1985, quickly establishing himself as the lead project architect and designer.
In 1991, Bob, alongside John Gary, acquired J. Stuart Todd, Inc., and has since served as President of both J. Stuart Todd, Inc. (JST Architects) and JST Interiors (1992). Through this leadership, JST Architects and JST Interiors collaborate seamlessly, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of a project, both inside and out.
John Gary
John Gary is a distinguished graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a special emphasis in Design and Urban Planning. He joined J. Stuart Todd, Inc. (JST Architects) in 1991 and was named Vice President upon his and Bob Killingsworth’s acquisition of the firm.
John brought extensive expertise in managing stringent environmental, air quality, and neighborhood requirements in sensitive areas such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. A registered Architect and Interior Designer, John holds licenses in several states. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
